The UNITESERVE constitution is under development to chart out the organization and functioning of UNITESERVE organization purpose of creating this as an organization for human advancement to the carry out global economic management and transformation service, and solving the critical problems in the world. The various aspects to be addressed are as follows
• Organization Structure
• Functioning of the organization.
• Philosophical foundations
• Ethical guidelines.
• Membership guidelines for subscribers, individuals, groups, and organizations
• Rules for integration various entities (companies, trusts and corporations…) incorporated as branches of the organization.
• Relationship between the nonprofit and profit-oriented organization.
• Partnership guidelines
• Share guidelines, etc.
The constitution will be officially adapted after extensive discussion.
